Degrees: Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI; Reading Endorsement from Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI.
Career Path: Worked in daycare and was a director for YMCA, taught two years in junior high pull-out program, and have now taught 2nd grade since 1998.
Courses Taught: Taught Junior High and Senior High math and study skills, currently teach 2nd grade at Algoma Christian School.
Favorite Bible verse: Deuteronomy 31:6, Jeremiah 29:11
Other Interests & Pursuits: Enjoy walking and being outside, reading, and cross-stitching.
Comments: I feel so privileged to be part of all the young lives that I come in contact with. It is wonderful to be able to teach the truth of God’s word each and every day. I also enjoy the small class sizes where I can personally know and understand each student in my class and help them reach their highest potential.
