Project Luke 9: 20262026 marks nine years of fundraising through Project Luke 9: Feeding The Future. Across those years, we've packed over 130,000 meals for children in need - both around the world and right here locally, while also raising money for Algoma Christian School.
Project Luke 9: Feeding the Future will initially cover the costs of our meal-packing event, including supplies and shipping. Once these expenses are met, additional funds raised will be directed toward our capital expansion project, The Cafetorium & Aux. Gym - a versatile space designed to serve EVERY student at ACS. This new facility will function as an auxiliary gymnasium, cafeteria, and auditorium - all in one! Central to our mission at ACS is cultivating a heart of service, and this fundraiser allows our students to help children in need without ever having to leave the country! Project Luke 9 will culminate in a hands-on Packing Party right here on our campus at the end of March. This year, we have committed to packing 25,000 meals with a goal of raising $125,000.
